Judge Changes Former DHS Worker's Sex-Crime Conviction to Deferred Sentence

A former DHS employee who originally was sentenced to two years in prison for the sexual abuse of a teen in foster care received a deferred sentence instead after a Tulsa County district judge vacated his own sentence, saying he had changed his mind.
