Victor is currently the PCM Captain at Western New Mexico Correctional Facility and has been employed with the Department for 14 years, and has been a supervisor for 11 of those years. Previously, he was a Lieutenant and served as the Incident Command System Coordinator for his facility. Victor also served as the Armory Sergeant.
