Bedford Hills correction officer arrested on rape charge

A correction officer from the Bedford Hills Correctional Center has been arrested on a rape charge.

Jose Guzman, 30, of Wappingers Falls was charged with third-degree rape, a felony. The arrest came after an investigation by state police and the Department of Corrections' Office of Special Investigations.
