Alabama Prison Commissioner Releases Reports on Problems, Improvement Steps at Tutwiler

MONTGOMERY, Alabama --- State Department of Corrections Commissioner Kim Thomas today released a 37-page report on an assessment of male supervision of female inmates at Tutwiler Prison for Women, as well as a plan to address problems that included about 60 specific steps.
