Cassandra is currently employed with the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation Department as the Deputy Director. She is a 32 year veteran with a vast array of experience in operations and administration in a large correctional agency. She has an associate in arts degree in public administration, a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, and a master of business administration degree from Nova Southeastern University. Cassandra is also a certified jail manager.

Jessica is currently the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer for Peoria County Probation and Court Service located in Peoria, Illinois. Jessica has worked with the probation department since 2020. Prior to this Jessica worked for the Peoria County Juvenile Detention Center. She began her employment with the detention center in 2011 and worked numerous positions, including Assistant Superintendent/Compliance Administration in which she was responsible for compliance with the PREA standards. While in this role, Peoria County became the first county level juvenile detention center in Illinois to be in full compliance with the PREA Standards.
